Offero Selected as the Volunteer Management System for the 2019 NAI National Conference

The National Association for Interpretation (NAI) has selected Offero as the official volunteer management system of the 2019 NAI National Conference. Volunteers helping in a range of roles—from checking-in attendees to assisting in the silent auction—will use Offero to sign-up for positions, view details, keep track of their hours, and more. The NAI expects to fill 250 volunteer assignments for the week-long event.

“We are excited for the opportunity to partner with Offero for our volunteer management system,” said Michele Farmer, events manager for NAI. “After years of working with a basic signup portal, we look forward to Offero’s robust volunteer management system to streamline our volunteer coordination and communication needs - making it easier for our volunteers to register online and saving our staff valuable time and resources!”

The 2019 NAI National Conference will take place November 12-16 in Denver, Colorado at the Sheraton Downtown Denver Hotel. With a tagline of “Get a Mile High on Interpretation”, the conference will bring together over 750 of the best and brightest in the field of interpretation and will cover the latest trends, ideas, and technologies.

“All of us at Offero are huge fans of the NAI and the work they do to advance the field of interpretation,” noted Lindsey Rehder, COO of Offero. “We are honored for the opportunity to be the official volunteer management software for the conference.”

Offero is a cloud-based volunteer management system designed specifically with local and state government organizations in mind. The software saves staff members and volunteers alike time and energy with intuitive features like automated hour tracking, self-reported site visits with impact-related measures, eLearning, and highly-customizable reporting. Customers of Offero include the City of Fort Collins, City of Boulder, and Jefferson County Open Space, to name a few.

The site will launch for volunteer registration in early June at nai.offero.com.
